Oil & gas exploration and production
The Group owns 99% of the BNG Contract Area, 100% of the Block 8 Contract Area and 100% of the West Shalva Contract Area.
On shore oilfield services
Via its 100% subsidiary CTS the group owns and operates 4 drilling rigs. This provides both cost savings and operational efficiencies together with the opportunity to farm into new assets in return for drilling new wells.
Offshore oilfield services
The Group owns the Caspian Explorer, a purpose built drilling vessel designed to operate in the shallow northern Caspian Sea.
Oil trading
The Group began oil trading at the start of 2023 following changes in the Kazakh oil trading regulations.
Minerals
The Group is in the process of completing the acquisition of 100% of Kazikhan where the principal targets are
manganese, gold and copper and 100% of Tau Cen where the principal targets are titanium and gold.
